Notes from a leader to his younger employees
The younger generation is a lot more smarter, that I agree, but what they are lacking are social skills. And this are not the skills that you learn in school or in your university. You learn them with experience.
You must have a hobby, or else you can go crazy.
Whatever you do in your career, even if you don't like it, do it good and excellence. Prove to all that you have substance, then you can maneuver yourself to the job that you like.
At this stage, the main thing is to contribute ideas and hope that your ideas get implemented. The feeling of your ideas being implemented is great. Even if everyone thinks that it is your boss's idea, it is okay, because at the end of the day, your boss knows it is your idea. And he is the one who rates your performance.
